Established in early 2024, our company initially focused on providing Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management services to contracting organisations. With over 25 years of industry experience, founder Scott Paton aimed to assist Contractors with pre-construction and estimating services, quantity surveying services, project management support and risk management.

Our core strengths lie in our experience, structured approach, and client-centric focus. We are dedicated to completing projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. By February 2025, we initiated plans to undertake our own projects.

With Scott’s extensive commercial and management background, we are well positioned to provide clients with exceptional service built on strong relationships, clear communication, detailed planning, rigorous budget management, and a trusted supply chain. Existing Commercial Premises

We offer a multi-trade contracting service to suit the Client's requirements covering from groundworks and roofing externally to floor finishes and decoration internally. At this stage of our journey we are happy to look at projects from a few thousand pounds up to in the region of £250,000

Alterations, Extension +
Refurbishment Services

For private domestic customers - We can offer a multi-trade contracting service for domestic Clients who may be looking for their home to be extended, altered or improved in any way. We will either engage with design teams or liase with the customers design teams to ensure the project is delivered with as little disruption as possible.

Small Scale New Build Projects

Or a small scale extension as part of a wider refurbishment project. As a young business and as we plan to grow slowly and gradually we would currently have no issue in delivering projects of this nature up to £250,000 in value

Domestic Alteration

Project Timescales | june - Aug 2025

Project in Strathaven, South Lanarkshire - £45K, completed between June and August 2025. The project involved creating a new extended kitchen and relocating the downstairs WC for the client.

We removed both structural and non-structural walls, constructed a new WC under the stairs, and provided new partitions, ceilings, plastering, floor finishes, plumbing and heating, electrical work, windows, joinery, and decoration, including the installation of the client-supplied kitchen.

Cafe Refurbishment

Project Timescales | june - July 2025

Refurbishment of the existing male and female toilets and the front of house area at Kelvingrove Cafe on Argyle Street, Glasgow, completed for £50K in June and July 2025. The project addressed water damage issues, particularly in the downstairs toilets.

We stripped the female toilets back to the structure, constructed new toilet cubicles and doors, removed the floor tiling, screeded the floor, installed new floor and wall tiling throughout, built new vanity units, and installed new plumbing and sanitaryware, followed by decoration.

Office Renovation

Project Timescales | nov 2025 - Feb 2026

Wingate Electrical PLC's offices in Polmadie, Glasgow - This £250K project began in November 2025 and is scheduled to conclude in February 2026. Our external work includes the installation of new roofing, wall cladding, windows, external doors, a roller shutter door, below-ground drainage, and stone hardstandings.

Internally, we are stripping the office areas back to the structure and installing new wall linings, suspended ceilings, internal doors, a new mezzanine steel stair and balustrade, air conditioning, plumbing and heating, and comprehensive electrical works. Additionally, we are installing a new kitchen/canteen and refurbishing the staff toilets.
